RedStarRobot offers the following Returns Policy: We will return any item that you are not 100% satisfied with if these conditions are met. Item must be returned within 3 business days from arrival and we need to be contacted first to inform us of the arrival. Item must be wrapped with care and consideration exactly as it arrived to you. We would recommend that you use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance to protect you while the item is intransit back to our facility.

We use Priority Mail on all shipments including International. We will not use any other service, so please be aware of this when purchasing. We use Priority shipping boxes, eco-friendly packing peanuts, and bubblewrap on all shipments to protect the item while intransit to you. We can upgrade all shipping to EMS for next day service to most cities in the USA- However this service is quite expensive, so please be aware. We ship within 48 hours of payment and we do our best to ship same day as payment.
